Nursing Personnel are currently working on behalf of the largest and leading London based hospital.We are looking to recruit a number of Band 5 or 6 Nurses as excellent opportunity has arisen within busy Cardiac High Dependency Unit.
You need to have relevant experience within cardiac nursing along with proven experience in working within busy environments such as HDU, ITU or Critical Care.
The purpose of the role and your main responsibility will be to provide and deliver high standard and first class patient-focused care to patients suffering from cardiac conditions.
You need to be a good team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being proactive, highly focused and motivated is crucial. You need to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to improving standards of care.Working within this busy unit will also require good problem solving and decision making skills.
As a Band 6 Nurse you need to have proven experience in supervising or mentoring junior members of staff.
NMC Registration is a must.
Ideally 2 years of post qualification HDU/ITU experience is needed.
