Nursing Personnel are working on behalf of the large London based hospital.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, proactive Staff Nurses Band 5 and 6 to join busy Critical Care Unit team.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You need to be highly focused and posess strong man management and leadership skills as you will be expected to provide clinical supervision to junior members of staff.
At least 1 year of experience in caring for critically ill patients and working on busy Critical Care Unit/ITU/ICU is a must. You also are required to have current (within last 6 months) evidence based practice as an ability to deliver the full range of care to patients is crucial.
You need to be able to manage and deal calmly
with difficult situations, work under pressure and make
decissions.
As a Critical Care Nurse you will ensure action
contribute to quality and the high standard of critical care is
delivered to patients.
