Nursing Personnel is currently looking to recruit highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic Nurses to work in a nursing home environment in London.
We are working on behalf of beautifully designed nursing home based in North London with a range of care environments, uniquely different choice for its service users and where new standard in quality of care and accomodation is set.
Their objective is to create an environment where the highest standard of care is delivered to the patients, their dignity respected and their life enjoyed to the full potential.
A number of permanent positions are available for the right candidates.
We are looking for nurses with at least 1 year of nursing experience, valid NMC registration, caring approach, excellent interpersonal skills, commited to providing professional, respectful and quality care whilst maintaining exceptional standards to ensure residents enjoy the highest quality of life.
You need to have ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, have practical experience of providing high quality care and knowledge of medication rounds and the safe administration of medicines.
As a nurse working within this unique environment you will assess social, psychological and physical needs of residents, continuously evaluate care needs and seek to improve the standard of care delivered.
